30 Day Challenge

Hi guys! So I recently took a challenge, and I would like to tell you a little bit about it. I definitely believe that what we put into our bodies, hearts, and minds we will get out. For instance if you are always eating fried, fatty, and sugary foods you probably wont feel the best and you might even get sick. But if you drink plenty of water, exercise, eat fruits , vegetables, and proteins you will feel better and have more energy. Same goes for our hearts and minds; if you cram it full of hate, explicit music, language, etc. You will most likely become what you see and hear, it doesn't matter how good of a person you are . Sadly I know this is true because I have experienced it first hand. A radio station my family listens to started the 30 day challenge, just listening to Christian music, uplifting and positive music for 30 days. Why? To see if you see a change in your attitude and yourself, I can almost guarantee you will! I am on day four of this challenge and I already feel different. Instead of listening to the usual explicit music, I downloaded Klove's music app on my phone which plays non stop Christian music, and I feel great ! Your flaws are flawless

Hello my beauty babes(: !!
Today I just wanted to encourage you all to embrace your "flaws" your flaws are unique and even beautiful....If we all had no beauty marks, birth marks, freckles, gap teeth, stretch marks, etc. We would all look so boring. I have many many flaws and I have contemplated fixing them but if I was given the opportunity to fix them, I'm not sure I would. As much as I complain about my flaws I kind of like them...they make me, me.  So embrace them (: ! Gapped teeth are really in right now and modeling agencies are seeking out girls with a gap between there teeth I'm pretty sure no one would ever think that would be in, embrace and love your flaws. Okay so as you can tell it made my eyelashes a lot longer...I will be repurchasing this mascara and it is definitely another one of my favorites. The brush isn't flimsy and the bristles are far enough apart so it will separate your lashes (which a lot of mascara applicators don't do for my lashes.) I bought this at Wal-Mart for $5.94 . Chase your dreams

So a topic that has been coming up a lot in my life lately is following your dreams. Not settling for next best or mediocrity. If you have a dream, regardless of how small or insignificant it seems to other people, follow it...chase it, hold it tight and let it guide you. Don't let anyone, not even close friends or family talk you out of your dreams. If you are thinking well...I want to do this but I am scared because dot dot dot that just means it is going to be that much more amazing when you finally accomplish it. Think about it, you have nothing to lose! You can only go up from here. It is better to try and know then to never try and wonder what could have been. Easier said than done, I know. I have set a few dreams and goals for myself, but I seem to be talking myself out of them every chance I get. So maybe we can all take this journey together and achieve our wildest dreams ! Lose that weight, go for that job, enroll in college, try out for that team, go talk to that cute boy or girl from school, become a magazine editor, move to New York, eat better...whatever it may be you CAN do it !!!!
